Dan Barker from the Freedom from Religion Foundation will be speaking to the USAO Secular Student Alliance at 7:30 PM in Davis Hall on the USAO campus in
Chickasha on Nov. 19th. The event is free and open to the public.
He will be speaking at OU the next day on the 20th, but I don't know the time or location yet. |

Please come out to Chickasha on the 19th! I know it's a wretched drive, but Dan will be worth it. The campus Baptist group had that awful creationist Charles Jackson here a few weeks ago, so we really want a bigger crowd than they got. If anyone would like to join the dinner the SSA students are hosting for Dan at 6:30 that evening, please let me know. They'll charge you $16, but it'll be a nice buffet and great conversation. Should be around 20 people, so nice and intimate. Thanks for helping get the word out! Shell |
